今天不知道怎么搞的演出票看也没看便以为演出时间是八点，没想到我买的票其实是下午两点半的演出。我们已经坐在演出院里才发现搞错了。

真实的！真没想到我会如此的疏忽。幸好 这次只是件小事，只浪费了一张票的价值。

“Have you ever had a dream? It is time to follow it …”

The performance was good and the plot behind it was very visionary. Yet, execution could have been so much better. Nonetheless, the play was a dream come true for many people and I recognize their efforts.

Conclusion:

The food was REALLY GOOD!

The “target Terence” was enjoyable!

The Pictionary competition was heart stopping, and absolutely exhausting.

I have grown older by a year … same old same old …

Not changing my blog title as yet, as I am 27 and I have a year to accomplish many things.

Had a great lunch by my colleague and a wonderful dinner with my dad and bro yesterday, very good food at Taste Paradise …

My 1st gift was 1/2 the iPhone which I had gotten on 22 Aug. Recently, yesterday, received my 2nd gift which was Apple Shop Gift Card – now, the tough decisions have been relinquish to me to make — what to buy at the Apple EpiCentre … I guess it’s a good tough decision.

I probably take a bit to shop around, what with all the new stuff that Apple might release in Oct 08. Moreover, I am heading over to Shanghai the next weekend. Going for my long overdue holiday and to see my special someone. =)

To everyone back in Singapore — Enjoy the Grand Prix F1 Race. I only regret not being able to go for Diana Krall’s concert on 27th Sept.

Congrats to Yonghui and Heling, may they have a blissful marriage.

Many of my friends are getting married and some of them were even discussing their marriage preparations at the table. 

Anyhow, I think I drank too much tea over dinner and the caffeine is keeping me awake. Or, maybe there is just too much on my mind that I cannot fall asleep.

This time round when I went back to Hwa Chong, the people from my batch were, of course, scarce. Yet, the interesting thing about this year’s MAF was that I am meeting a different set of people. The usual suspects were actually absent from this event. 

I bumped in Chong Yao (&GF), Dan Tong, Edward, Wanqing, Sunny, Ying Shan (&hubby), Lin Ying, Mr Choe (who has left the school for “greener” pastures), Mrs Ang (as always).

The Grand Light up was phenomenal. The laser effects, the lighting were all new stuff which were not present before hand. They finally changed the water pumps and the fountain was great. There was even a bubble machine. =) The wall was no longer a wall, but an interesting creative piece – beautiful.

Unfortunately, the rain came and the party was shifted to the hall. The feeling was down a little, but everyone was clearly enjoying themselves with the song and dance session. (Edward and Wanqing … applause … still can remember most of the moves!)

The rain persisted and I was stuck in Hwa Chong, so near to home, yet so far … Thanks to Edward who kindly dropped me off at my place. =)

I’m very grateful to that nagging feeling. The message this evening was on the Abounding Provision … Amazing Grace. It was a 1st of a 2 part series and talked about God’s greatness and his provision of all our needs. At the end of the service, it was as though the message was right for me. I even went for the altar call and although I did not have a overwhelming feeling, I have a sense of fulfillment and satisfaction. Nothing about me has changed, yet I feel a shift has occurred.

Thursday night, there was an event – AdAsia PubNite – I went to the event with 2 of my colleagues. We ended up having a drink each before heading off. After I walked down, I realized that it was so unsatisfying and that I had not achieve anything at all that night. With a moments hesitation, I decided to head back to the event. I got myself another drink and fortunately ended up chatting with a couple of people. Before long, there was a lucky draw and it was a huge Surprise. They were spelling out QAIS. Just like how I always had to spell it out to people. I had won one of the prize – it was a photo frame. At least it was a lucky win!

The background on this is … my colleague had been winning many lucky draws at various occasions and we were saying how she was so lucky. So, I said that maybe if I placed my name cards on her desk, I would rub off the luck. Conclusion = The luck might really have rubbed off. =)
