I have this letter for the Dependent Protection Scheme (DPS), in which I am suppose to fill in the health declaration form.
Suddenly, filling in such form becomes very tricky. I have to be honest, yet, I have to make it sound as trivial as possible.
I guess there will be certain things that companies might not cover me for, unless they are the companies with a heart. =p
