There is Burger King with juicy burgers, there is McDonalds with tasty burgers too, but there isn’t a chinese style fast food, that is really easy for the consumer to consume.
Mantou with fillings maybe though by many to be pau (chinese buns) but they can be more that that. The fillings can be grilled fillets, stewed meat, stir fried vegetables, steamed sweet pastry, etc … The mantous can also be created as finger food. Smaller bite sized mantous can be made, grilled, bbq-ed or deep fried and served with delicious dips such as curry, ‘chilli crab’ sauce, bbq sauce, honey, etc …
It is about the proper packaging to allow the consumers to eat the food with ease. Taste and sizable portions are basics that must also be fulfilled.
I think recently there was a stall in Singapore that has already set something similar to this.
